1.3. QFIND respects the privacy of everyone who visits this application and/or utilises this application and protecting your privacy is important to us, even when you are no longer on the application. As a result, we would like to inform you regarding the way we would use your personal data.

2.3.4. Physicians and their contact information;
2.3.5. Medical aid details; and
2.3.6. Special notes based on preferences or additional information as well as selected on hospitals and/or clinic.
2.4. Credit card and account details;
2.5. Your location information which is automatically collected and processed when you use our location-enabled services (which includes your actual GPS co-ordinates and the time the information was collected; and
2.6. Any other content posted on to this application which we require for this application to work.
3.1. Users registering on this application may be required to provide personal information.
3.2. The application will only process information in a manner that is adequate, relevant and not excessive.
3.3. We use your information referred to in paragraph 2 for personalisation, identification, communication and only as it enables us to carry out one or more of our functions or activities.

3.4.3. Locating you and/or your QR code once scanned in the case of emergencies;
3.4.4. Sending out the requisite notifications to your selected emergency contacts upon the QR code being scanned as well as allowing such contact to view your scanner details;
3.4.5. accounting, invoicing and billing and the history thereof;
3.4.6. to protect QFIND and the users of the Site;
3.4.7. to customise the content and any advertising displayed on the Site;
3.4.8. to provide, maintain, protect and improve our services;
3.4.9. providing your information to a user with whom you have selected such information be given to;
3.4.10. to comply with the legislative requirements;
3.4.11. to develop new service features;
3.4.12. to contact you (for example, to inform you about upcoming changes or improvements to our services);
3.4.13. to conduct research;
3.4.14. to expand our user base;
3.4.15. to communicate with you;
